Prepare the Salad Base
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion. Toss gently to mix and set aside.

Prepare the Ahi Tuna
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Coat the Ahi tuna steak with this mixture. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the Ahi tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred doneness. Once cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and chopped fresh cilantro until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
