Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the steak with salt and pepper to taste. Let it rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes before grilling.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Clean and slice the mushrooms and red onion. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Chop the Romaine and Tomatoes

Chop the romaine lettuce and sun-dried tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. 5

    Sauté the Mushrooms and Onions

In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Add the sliced mushrooms and red onions, sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and golden brown. Remove from heat.

Assembling the Wraps

  1. 6

    Layer Ingredients

On each tortilla, start by placing a layer of the chopped romaine lettuce, followed by slices of grilled steak, sautéed mushrooms and onions, sun-dried tomatoes, and provolone cheese.

  2. 7

    Add Dressing

Drizzle the goddess dressing generously over the top of the layered ingredients.

  3. 8

    Wrap It Up

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to secure all the fillings inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Serving

  1. 9

    Slice and Serve

Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later enjoyment.
