Method

Meat Preparation

  1. 1

    Season and Cook the Meat

In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced lamb and beef with Mediterranean seasoning. Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned meat. Cook the meat for about 8-10 minutes, or until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 2

    Grill the Onions

In the same skillet used for the meat, add the sliced onion. Sauté the onions over medium heat until they are soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Wrap Assembly

  1. 3

    Assemble the Wraps

Lay out the pita or flatbread on a clean surface. Start by layering a generous portion of mixed greens on each wrap. Next, add a portion of the cooked meat mixture and caramelized onions. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and fresh dill on top. Drizzle with goddess dressing to taste.

  2. 4

    Wrap and Serve

Carefully fold the sides of the wrap inwards and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat for the remaining wraps. Serve immediately with extra goddess dressing on the side.
