Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Brownie
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 2
In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in both sugars until combined.
- 3
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- 4
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- 5
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
- 7
Make the Coffee Caramel
In a small saucepan, combine brewed coffee and caramel sauce. Heat over low heat until warmed, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
- 8
- 9
Make the Chantilly
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- 10
Assemble the Chocolate Bar
Layer the brownie squares on a serving dish. Drizzle with the coffee caramel, then add a dollop of passion fruit cream on top. Finish with a generous amount of chantilly and chocolate shavings for garnish.
