Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a large pot, add the seasoned pork and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 2 hours until the pork is tender.

In a skillet over medium heat, add the shredded pork and cook until crispy, stirring occasionally. Mix in the chicharrón for added crunch.
