1 pound Cocktail shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 cup Smoked fish spread
1 cup Cooked octopus (sliced)

Prepare the Seafood
Shuck the oysters and set them on a platter filled with crushed ice. Arrange the cocktail shrimp around the oysters. Place the smoked fish spread in a bowl and set it on the platter. Lastly, layer the sliced cooked octopus on the platter.

Add Accompaniments
Serve the platter with a bowl of cocktail sauce in the center, and garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs around the seafood.
