Prepare the Salad
Wash and dry the baby gem lettuce, then cut each head in half lengthwise.

Prepare the Strawberries
Hull the strawberries and slice them into thin rounds.

In a large serving bowl, arrange the halved baby gem lettuce. Top with sliced strawberries, candied pecans, and crumbled goat cheese.

Drizzle sherry vinaigrette over the top of the salad just before serving.
