Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Crab Legs
Thaw the Alaska King Crab Legs if they are frozen. You can do this by placing them in the refrigerator overnight or running them under cold water for about 30 minutes.
- 2
Cook the Crab Legs
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt and Old Bay Seasoning to the water. Once boiling, add the crab legs and cover the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- 3
Prepare the Garlic Butter
While the crab legs are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
- 4
Serve
Remove crab legs from the pot and place them on a serving platter. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and drizzle with garlic butter. Serve with extra lemon wedges and enjoy!
