1. Marinate the Seafood

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, calamari, scallops, and white fish fillets. Add olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

2. Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat and lightly oil it.

3. Grill the Seafood

Thread the shrimp, calamari, scallops, and fish onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes prior). Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the seafood is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

4. Serve

Once cooked, remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges and fresh herbs. This dish can be enjoyed hot or cold.
