Add Vegetables
Stir in the diced red bell pepper and tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened.

Incorporate Beans and Stock
Add the white beans, seafood stock (or water), and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Add Seafood
Gently add the fish chunks, shrimp, and clams to the pot. Stir in paprika, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Cover and simmer for another 10-15 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and the clams have opened.

Remove from heat, discard bay leaves, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with crusty bread or rice.
