For the Ribs
Method
Grilling the Ribs
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
- 2
Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
- 3
Grill the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on the grill and cook for about 2-3 hours, turning occasionally until the meat is tender and has a nice char.
- 4
Add Barbecue Sauce
During the last 30 minutes of grilling, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, flipping occasionally to caramelize the sauce.
- 5
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
