1. Prepare the Steak

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the shell steaks with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Once baked, remove from the oven, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top, and serve hot.
