Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine the buttermilk and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; it's okay if there are a few lumps.
- 2
Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.

Serve
Stack the pancakes on a plate, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with maple syrup. Optionally, you can add strawberry sauce or blueberry sauce on the side.
