Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Tagliatelle

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tagliatelle and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Chicken Sugo

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the organic chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Preserved Tomatoes

Once the chicken is cooked, add the preserved tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.

  4. 4

    Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet with the chicken sugo. Toss gently to combine and heat through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the tagliatelle and top with burrata cheese. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately.
