Prepare the Crab
Rinse the Alaskan King Crab legs under cold running water to remove any debris or ice. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Cook the Crab
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add sea salt to taste. Once boiling, carefully add the crab legs and cover the pot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.

Prepare Clarified Butter
While the crab is cooking, melt the clarified butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, keep it warm without boiling.

Cut the Lemon
Cut the lemon into wedges for serving. You can also squeeze some juice over the crab if desired.
