Preparation

1

Muddle the Mint

In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the leaves to release their essential oils. Be careful not to tear the leaves too much.

2

Add the Liquids

Pour in the Xicaru Silver Mezcal, pineapple juice, and orange juice into the shaker over the muddled mint.

3

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture.

4

Strain

Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice, straining out the mint leaves.

5

Garnish

Garnish the drink with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint for a refreshing touch.
