Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Take a cocktail glass and chill it by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the cocktail.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Don Julio Añejo Tequila, 1 oz of Cointreau, 3 oz of cranberry juice, and 0.5 oz of lime juice.
Add Ice and Shake
Fill the shaker with 1 cup of ice cubes, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into Glass
Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass using a cocktail strainer.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy your La Coqueta!
