Prepare the Tilapia
Rinse the tilapia fillet under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. This will help remove any excess moisture.

Season the Fillet
Sprinkle the Aladdin seasoning evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillet. Make sure to coat it well for maximum flavor.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers but does not smoke.

Cook the Tilapia
Place the seasoned tilapia fillet in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.

Flip the Fillet
Carefully flip the tilapia fillet using a spatula and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Remove the tilapia from the skillet and place it on a serving plate. Garnish with lemon wedges and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
