Marinating Chicken

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken breast strips to the marinade. Ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

In another mixing bowl, mix together soy sauce, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, grated ginger, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the beef flank steak to the marinade, ensuring it is thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preparing Gyro

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well and form into oval patties or logs. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

In the same skillet, cook the marinated beef for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
