Prepare Pasta

Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Add Cherry Tomatoes
Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they soften slightly.
Make Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
Pour the vegetable broth into the skillet and stir to combine. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat.

Add Parmesan and Basil
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil until well combined.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the vegetable and sauce mixture. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce and vegetables.

Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
