Prepare Salad Base

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Shake off excess water and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large salad bowl.

Shave Parmesan Cheese
Using a vegetable peeler or grater, shave the Parmesan cheese into thin slices or shreds. Set aside for topping.
Prepare Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the dressing and adjust the salt and pepper to your preference.
Assemble Salad

Mix Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the chopped romaine lettuce. Toss gently to coat the leaves evenly.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese and croutons over the top of the salad. Toss lightly to combine.
