In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Cook the French Toast
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Once melted, add the soaked bread slices to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with remaining slices.

Prepare the Compote
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the mixed berries, dulce de leche, cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.

Simmer the Compote
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes until the berries soften and release their juices, stirring occasionally.

Remove the compote from heat and let it cool slightly. Serve the French toast topped with the warm dulce de leche cinnamon berry compote.
