Marinate the Fish
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the Mahi Mahi fillets, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Grill the Fish
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated Mahi Mahi fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from grill and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Toss well to combine and let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Assemble the Tacos
Place a grilled Mahi Mahi fillet on each tortilla. Top with a generous amount of cabbage slaw, a few slices of avocado, a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt, and drizzle with hot sauce to taste.

Serve the tacos immediately while warm, with extra lime wedges and hot sauce on the side if desired.
