Prepare the Strawberries
Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, then slice them into halves. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the cherry tequila and orgeat syrup. Add the sliced strawberries and orange bitters.

Muddle the Mixture
Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the strawberries with the other ingredients to release their juices and combine the flavors.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes, then secure the lid tightly.

Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.
