Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the blackberries and shiso leaves thoroughly. Grate the fresh ginger.

Mix the Base
In a blender, combine the blackberries, shiso leaves, orange juice, lemon juice, and grated ginger. Blend until smooth.

Strain the Mixture
Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the blended mixture into a large bowl or pitcher to remove the pulp.

Sweeten the Mixture
Add honey or your preferred sweetener to the strained liquid. Stir until fully dissolved.

Combine with Soda
In a glass, mix the strained liquid with soda water. Adjust the amount of soda to your taste.

Garnish with additional shiso leaves and blackberries. Serve immediately over ice.
