Preparation

1

Prepare the Sauce

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the San Marzano tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.

2

Prepare the Meats

While the sauce is simmering, slice the prosciutto cotto, soppressata, and pancetta into thin strips.

Assembly

3

Assemble the Pizza

Spread the prepared sauce evenly on a pizza dough base. Layer the sliced meats on top of the sauce. Tear the fior di latte cheese into pieces and scatter it over the meats.

4

Bake the Pizza

Preheat your oven to the highest setting (around 250°C or 482°F). Place the pizza on a baking stone or tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

5

Garnish

Once out of the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve hot.
