1. Prepare the Salsa Verde
In a bowl, combine chopped parsley, basil, capers, minced garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Mix well and set aside.
2. Prepare the Green Peppercorn Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add green peppercorns and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in beef broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add heavy cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
