Method
Green Smoothie (Spinach, Pineapple & Banana)
- 1
Prepare ingredients
Wash and drain the spinach thoroughly. Peel and slice the banana. Dice fresh pineapple if not prepped.
- 2
Layer in blender
Add almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender first (helps prevent leafy bits from sticking), then add spinach, banana, pineapple, and ground flaxseed.
- 3
Sweeten and chill
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup. Add ice cubes for a cold, refreshing texture.
- 4
Blend
Secure lid and blend on high for 45–60 seconds, or until fully smooth and no large spinach pieces remain. Stop and scrape down sides once if necessary.
- 5
Adjust consistency
If too thick, add 2–4 tbs (30–60 ml) almond milk and pulse to combine until desired consistency is reached.
- 6
Serve
Pour into a 16 oz glass, garnish with a small pineapple wedge if desired, and serve immediately.
Berry Protein Smoothie (Mixed Berries & Oats)
- 7
Prepare oats
If you prefer a silkier texture, briefly blitz rolled oats alone in the blender for 10 seconds to powder them before adding other ingredients.
- 8
Combine ingredients
Add milk and yogurt to the blender, then add frozen mixed berries, protein powder, oats, chia seeds, and banana (if using).
- 9
Add ice and blend
Add ice cubes and secure lid. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape sides if needed.
- 10
- 11
Serve
Pour into a 12–16 oz glass and sprinkle a pinch of extra chia or a few whole berries on top for presentation. Serve immediately.
Carrot-Orange Juice (Cold-Pressed Style)
- 12
- 13
Blend
Place chopped carrots, orange segments, ginger, and cold water in the blender. Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until the mixture is very smooth.
- 14
Strain (optional)
For a smoother, juice-like texture, strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a pitcher, pressing or squeezing to extract as much liquid as possible. If you prefer a fiber-rich beverage, skip straining.
- 15
Finish
Stir in fresh lemon juice to brighten flavor. Taste and adjust: add a touch of honey if oranges are not sweet enough.
- 16
Chill and serve
Pour juice over ice if desired and serve immediately for best freshness and nutrient retention.

Prep mango
Peel and dice ripe mango. If using frozen mango, allow a few minutes to thaw for easier blending.
- 18
- 19
Blend
Blend on medium-high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape sides once if necessary.
- 20

- 21
Serve
