Berry Banana Smoothie Pack (single serving)
Green Tropical Smoothie Pack (single serving)
Peanut Butter Oats Smoothie Pack (single serving)
Optional Add-ins (per serving)
Method
Berry Banana Smoothie Pack (single serving)
- 1
Assemble pack (make-ahead)
In a freezer-safe zip-top bag or reusable container, combine 1 cup frozen mixed berries and 1/2 cup sliced frozen banana. Add 1 tsp chia seeds if using. Seal, label with date, and freeze up to 3 months.
- 2
Blend
When ready to make smoothie, empty frozen fruit mix into a blender. Add 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, and 1 tsp honey or maple syrup. Blend on high until smooth, about 45–60 seconds. If mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tbsp (15–30 ml) almond milk and blend again. If too thin, add a few ice cubes or a spoonful of frozen banana.
- 3
Finish & serve
Taste and adjust sweetness. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a few fresh berries if desired.
Green Tropical Smoothie Pack (single serving)
- 4
Assemble pack (make-ahead)
In a freezer-safe bag or container layer 1 cup fresh spinach (you can also pre-blanch and pat dry for longer freezer life), 3/4 cup frozen mango, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, and 1/2 cup sliced frozen banana. Add 1 tsp ground flaxseed if using. Seal and freeze up to 2 months.
- 5
Blend
To prepare, add the frozen contents to a blender. Pour in 1/2 cup coconut water and 1 tsp fresh lime juice. Blend on high until smooth, 45–75 seconds. If the blender struggles, pause, scrape down the sides, and add up to 2 tbsp (30 ml) more coconut water.
- 6
Peanut Butter Oats Smoothie Pack (single serving)
- 7
Assemble pack (make-ahead)
Combine 1/4 cup rolled oats and 3/4 cup sliced frozen banana in a freezer-safe bag. Optionally add 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (freeze in a small separate container if preferred) and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon. Seal and freeze up to 1 month (oats can absorb moisture over time).
- 8
Blend
Add the frozen oats/banana mix to a blender with 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (if not frozen separately), 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp maple syrup if using. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add milk 1 tbsp at a time. If too thin, add a few ice cubes or more frozen banana.
- 9
Optional Add-ins (how to use)
- 10
If adding protein powder, add 1 scoop to the blender with the liquid before blending to avoid clumping. If using ice because you didn't freeze fruit, add 1/2 cup ice when blending. For other dry add-ins (flaxseed, chia, nutritional yeast), add 1 tsp per serving into the blender with the fruit.
