Method
Açaí Base
- 1
Prep frozen fruit
Break the frozen açaí packets into chunks if solid. Peel the banana and reserve half for topping; cut the other half into large pieces for blending.
- 2
Blend
In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen açaí (12 oz), 1 cup frozen mixed berries, half of the banana (cut), 120 ml almond milk, and 1 tablespoon honey. Pulse first to break up solids, then blend on high until thick and smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed. Aim for a thick, spoonable consistency—add up to 30 ml more milk only if the mixture is too stiff to blend.

Assembly & Toppings
- 4
Spoon into bowl
Divide the blended açaí evenly between two bowls (or one large bowl). Use a spatula to scrape the blender and smooth the surface if desired.
- 5
Add granola and fruit
Sprinkle about 1.5 tablespoons granola across each bowl (3 tablespoons total), arrange fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries on top, and place the remaining half banana sliced on each bowl.
- 6
Finish and serve
Drizzle about 1 teaspoon honey evenly over the bowls. Sprinkle optional chia seeds and toasted coconut flakes if using. Serve immediately with a spoon so the toppings remain crunchy.
