American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo®

American Wagyu Roast Beef

Method

American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo®

  1. 1

    Prepare the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  2. 2

    Cook the Wagyu Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the American Wagyu beef until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin pieces.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Slaw Be Jo®

Open the sub rolls and layer the sliced Wagyu beef on the bottom. Top with the prepared slaw and close the rolls. Cut in half if desired.

American Wagyu Roast Beef

  1. 4

    Prepare the Roast Beef

Season the American Wagyu roast beef with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the roast beef on all sides until browned.

  2. 5

    Cook the Roast Beef

Continue cooking the roast beef in the skillet until it reaches your desired temperature (medium-rare is about 135°F). Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.

  3. 6

    Assemble the Roast Beef Sandwich

On the bottom half of each sub roll, layer the sliced roast beef, fresh arugula, and provolone cheese. Drizzle with horseradish sauce, then close the rolls and cut in half if desired.
