Marinara Sauce

Method

Marinara Sauce

  1. 1

    Sauté Garlic

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add Tomatoes and Season

Stir in the canned crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

  3. 3

    Simmer

Reduce heat to low and simmer the sauce for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Add Basil

Once the sauce is thickened, add fresh basil and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes.

BBQ Sauce

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Simmer

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  3. 7

    Cool and Store

Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to a jar or airtight container.

Spicy Aioli

  1. 8

    Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Sriracha sauce, and salt.

  2. 9

    Whisk Together

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well blended.

  3. 10

    Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
