Method

Meatballs Preparation

  1. 1

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Add Egg

Crack the egg into the mixture and mix well until all ingredients are combined evenly. If the mixture feels too dry, you may add a little water or another egg.

  3. 3

    Form Meatballs

Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs of your desired size, typically about 1 inch in diameter.

  4. 4

    Bake Meatballs

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Heat Sauces

In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the marinara sauce, BBQ sauce, and Alfredo sauce separately. Stir occasionally until heated through.

Serving and Topping

  1. 6

    Prepare Toppings

While the meatballs are baking, prepare your toppings by chopping fresh basil leaves, slicing jalapeños, and chopping onions.

  2. 7

    Serve Meatballs

Once the meatballs are baked, serve them on a large platter with the warmed sauces and toppings arranged around them, allowing guests to build their own meatball creations.
