Method

Prepare the Fries

  1. 1

    Bake the Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen French fries evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over them and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat the fries evenly.

  2. 2

    Bake

Bake the fries in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 3

    Cook the Plant-Based Beef

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the plant-based ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.

  2. 4

    Add the Vegetables

Add the diced onions, sliced mushrooms, and sweet bell peppers to the skillet. Sprinkle with garlic powder, and sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Assemble the Impossible Fries

  1. 5

    Combine and Serve

Once the fries are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving platter. Top the fries evenly with the cooked plant-based beef and the sautéed vegetables. Sprinkle the white American cheese on top and place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

  2. 6

    Final Touch

Remove from the oven and serve immediately while hot and cheesy. Enjoy your Impossible Fries!
