Preparation of Salad Base

Wash and Tear Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
Making the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Salad

Dress the Salad
Add the prepared dressing to the bowl of romaine lettuce. Toss the lettuce until it is evenly coated with the dressing.

Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese and garlic herb croutons over the top of the dressed salad. Toss gently to combine.
