Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Chop the Lettuce

Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Tomatoes

Rinse the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Add the halved tomatoes to the bowl with the chopped lettuce.

  3. 3

    Add the Olives

Drain the black olives and slice them in half if they are whole. Add them to the salad bowl.

  4. 4

    Chop the Meats and Cheese

Dice the provolone cheese, salami, capicola, and prosciuttini into small pieces. Add all the diced meats and cheese to the bowl.

Dressing Preparation

  1. 5

    Mix the Dressing

In a small bowl, combine red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and honey. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 6

    Season the Dressing

Add salt and black pepper to the dressing mixture, adjusting to taste. Whisk again to combine.

Combine and Serve

  1. 7

    Toss the Salad

Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.

  2. 8

    Serve

Divide the salad into serving plates and enjoy immediately.
