Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

Slow-roast the American Wagyu beef at 225°F (107°C) for 2 hours or until it reaches the desired internal temperature (medium-rare at 135°F or medium at 145°F). Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hickory-smoked, honey-cured bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry the lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the tomato and onion thinly.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

On one slice of club sandwich bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with lettuce, hand-pulled turkey, 1 slice of provolone cheese, sliced tomato, and onion.

  2. 5

    Add the Beef

Place a few slices of the slow-roasted Wagyu beef on top of the layered ingredients, followed by 2 slices of crispy bacon.

  3. 6

    Finish the Sandwich

Top with another slice of bread and spread the remaining mayonnaise. Add the final layer of lettuce, another slice of provolone cheese, and the last slice of bread.

Serving

  1. 7

    Slice and Serve

Carefully slice the sandwich into quarters for easier handling. Serve immediately with chips or a side salad.
