Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Toss with Seasonings
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking the Cauliflower

Bake the Cauliflower
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Toss with Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it back in the bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
Making the Ranch Dip

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and milk.

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot, with the ranch dip on the side.
