Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Pour the cookie dough into a greased cast iron skillet and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
