Preparing the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and oats. Stir until well blended.

Add the maple syrup and melted coconut oil to the dry mixture. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.

Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking pan evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.

Once the base is baked and cooled, evenly spread the diced strawberries and blueberries over the top.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well to mix.
