Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Lobster
While the pasta is cooking, steam the lobster claws for about 10 minutes until they are fully cooked. Remove the meat from the claws and chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Add the Cheese
Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese to the sauce. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.

Stir in the truffle oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to incorporate all flavors.
Combine and Bake

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and chopped lobster meat. Mix until everything is well coated.

Prepare for Baking
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish.

Add Toppings
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese together. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the mac and cheese. Drizzle with additional truffle oil if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
