Prepare the Wild Blueberry Switchel
In a blender, combine the wild blueberries, fresh ginger (peeled and chopped), apple cider vinegar, and honey. Blend until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher to remove the solids, pressing down to extract all the liquid.

Combine with Vodka
In a glass filled with ice, add the strained blueberry switchel and vodka. Stir gently to combine.

Top off the drink with ginger beer, giving it a light stir to mix.
