Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sausage and Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Spolumbo's sausage until browned and cooked through. In a separate pan, cook the maple bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and chop into pieces.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Broccolini

In the same skillet used for the sausage, sauté the broccolini for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Make the Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for about a minute. Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens. Stir in the cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, sausage, bacon, broccolini, and cheese sauce. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Prepare for Baking

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with panko breadcrumbs and additional cheese.

  7. 7

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.

  8. 8

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
