Ingredients: 2 lbs pork shoulder; 2 tbs smoked paprika; 2 tbs brown sugar; 1 tbs garlic powder; 1 tbs onion powder; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp black pepper; 1 cup apple cider vinegar; 1 cup ketchup; 1 tbs honey; 1 tbs apple cider vinegar; 1 tsp smoked paprika; 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce; 1 to taste salt; 1 to taste black pepper; 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded; 1 cup chipotle aioli; 6 slices maple pepper bacon, cooked and crumbled; 1 cup fried onion strings; 2 cups house made slaw; 4 pieces burger buns

Our own slow smoked pulled pork covered in lumberjack bbq sauce, cheddar cheese, chipotle aioli, maple pepper bacon, fried onion strings and house made slaw.

In a bowl, mix the smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork shoulder. Place the pork in a slow cooker and add the apple cider vinegar. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until the pork is tender and easily shreds.

Prepare the Pork

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Make the BBQ Sauce

Once the pork is done, shred it with two forks and mix it with the BBQ sauce. Toast the burger buns lightly. On the bottom half of each bun, add a generous portion of the pulled pork, followed by cheddar cheese, chipotle aioli, maple pepper bacon, fried onion strings, and house made slaw. Top with the other half of the bun. Serve and enjoy!
