Method
Prepare the Prawns

Marinate Prawns
In a bowl, toss the jumbo tiger prawns with olive oil, minced garlic, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Make the Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In the same pan, add butter and allow it to melt. Add the canned diced tomatoes, paprika, cumin, and lime juice. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Prawns and Sauce
Return the cooked prawns to the pan and toss to coat them in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Prepare Lime Crema

Mix Lime Crema
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lime zest, and lime juice. Set aside for drizzling later.
Prepare Garlic Focaccia

Prepare Focaccia
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the focaccia bread and bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden.

Serve the inferno prawns drizzled with lime crema alongside the warm garlic focaccia.
