Wings

Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange Wings on Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the sheet.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Sauce Options

  1. 5

    Prepare the Sauces

While the wings are baking, you can prepare the sauces. In small bowls, pour each of the sauces: buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, honey mustard sauce, teriyaki sauce, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing.

  2. 6

    Serve with Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve the wings hot with your choice of sauces on the side.
