Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the sliced pork with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, minced garlic (crush the garlic cloves), black pepper, and salt. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Noodles

While the pork is marinating, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Thinly slice the green onions, julienne the red bell pepper, and grate the carrot. Set the vegetables aside.

  4. 4

    Cook the Pork

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add the Vegetables

Add the sliced green onions, red bell pepper, and grated carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  6. 6

    Combine Noodles

Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet with the pork and vegetables. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

  7. 7

    Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
