Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub the seasoning mixture over the wings to coat evenly.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fish and Shrimp

In a separate bowl, drizzle the fish strips and shrimp with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then toss to coat.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  2. 4

    Cook the Fish and Shrimp

While the chicken wings are baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the fish strips and shrimp. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the fish is flaky and the shrimp are pink and opaque.

  3. 5

    Prepare the Fries

Follow the package instructions to cook the frozen French fries until crispy, either in the oven or a deep fryer.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Tackle Box

Once everything is cooked, arrange the chicken wings, fish strips, and shrimp neatly on a plate. Serve with a generous side of fries.
