Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell pepper, zucchini, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

3

Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

4

Cook the Vegetables

Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and asparagus to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.

5

Add Remaining Ingredients

Stir in the cherry tomatoes, spinach, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften.

6

Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together to combine and heat through.

7

Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm.
