Construction
Prepare the Fabric
Cut the water-resistant fabric into the required dimensions for the delivery bag. You will need two large rectangles for the sides and one for the bottom.
Insulate the Bag
Cut the insulation material to fit the interior of the bag. This will help maintain the temperature of the items being delivered.
Sew the Sides
Pin the sides of the fabric pieces together and sew them with a sewing machine using the sewing thread. Repeat for the bottom piece to create the main bag.
Add Zippers
Sew the zippers onto the opening of the bag to create an easy access point for loading and unloading items.
Insert Foam Padding
Cut foam padding to fit inside the bag and sew it into the interior to provide extra cushioning for delicate items.
Attach Handles
Sew the webbing or fabric handles onto the sides of the bag for easy carrying.
Add Optional Decorations
If desired, sew on decorative patches or strips of reflective tape to enhance visibility and aesthetics.
